Rajeev Kumar
A travel industry veteran, Rajeev Kumar has over 15 years of experience in technology development, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), outsourcing, and process management. He also has significant international leadership experience, holding senior roles in companies worldwide, including in India, Singapore, the UK, Europe, and North America. Rajeev has also consulted leading players in the global travel and hospitality sector.
Backed by a vision grounded in technology and driven by keen commercial acumen, Rajeev founded Mystifly in 2009. Since then, he has led the growth of the business, which now operates globally and has a customer portfolio spread across over 90 countries.
Rajeev is a computer science engineering graduate from Bangalore University.
Bharat Goyal
Bharat brings over 13 years of extensive leadership and architectural design experience to Mystifly.
Starting his career at Adobe, Bharat went on to hold several leadership positions at disruptive software companies globally. Bharat thrives at creating new business value in an entrepreneurial setup, with one of his ventures, AppIterate, securing an acquisition by Flipkart.
Bharat focuses on entrepreneurial software product growth. His core expertise centers around organizational systems design, streamlining software lifecycle, and high-velocity engineering practices. At Mystifly, he has built a robust technology and product team that balances technical excellence with delivering business value.
Dennis Van Noord
With over two decades of expertise in sales, business development, and strategic partnerships in online travel, Dennis van Noord leads the commercial strategy at Mystifly and is responsible for driving revenue growth. He implements pricing strategies across various product lines, maximizing profitability while ensuring Mystifly’s continued success in a rapidly evolving industry.
A pioneering leader in travel technology since 2003, Dennis was part of Booking.com’s founding team and played a pivotal role in the company’s growth before moving to HomeAway/Vrbo (Expedia Group) in 2016 to take on the role of Senior Director of Global Partnerships & Growth Marketing as part of the leadership team. Dennis joined Mystifly from Ratkuten, where he served as Chief Commercial Officer.
Dennis graduated from Robert Gordon University with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons).
Susan Carter
Susan brings over 20 years of strategic marketing and leadership experience in B2B technology companies focusing on airline retail and distribution. As Chief Marketing Officer, Sue leads the creation and execution of Mystifly’s go-to-market strategies, focusing on amplifying market presence and driving product success to support company growth.
Susan has held various senior marketing positions in the travel technology space, notably serving as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Farelogix. There, she helped the team redefine airline distribution, earning the company recognition as a global disruptor. Following the landmark acquisition of Farelogix in 2020, Susan advanced to Accelya’s marketing leadership, subsequently transitioning to specialize in go-to-market consultancy.
Susan is a Dartmouth College alumna, graduating summa cum laude with a BA in Liberal Arts.
Jeremy Jameson
With two decades of expertise in orchestrating new revenue streams, Jeremy leads Mystifly’s client adoption, customer success, and business operations as Vice President of the Americas. His vast experience in travel industry technology, including PSSs, GDSs, and new distribution channels, contributes significantly to Mystifly’s regional expansion.
Jeremey has had a stellar travel technology career, having held senior and leadership positions at a host of companies, including airShopRQ, where he served as Executive Director, 3Victors as Chief Commercial Officer, and FareCompare.com. He has also worked at Southwest Airlines and American Airlines. Jeremy joined Mystifly from Navitaire, an Amadeus company.
Jeremey has contributed to the industry’s future as Co-Chair for Technology R&D at the TAMS Standards Society and as a member of the IATA Advisory Board.
Lars Gaebler
A dynamic airline IT executive, Lars Gaebler is Head of Product at Mystifly, where he applies his extensive experience in SaaS product offerings to strategic product management and customer delivery. At Mystifly, Lars is responsible for steering the company’s product offerings to align with the evolving needs of the airline sector, ensuring that Mystifly remains at the forefront of PaaS solutions for the travel industry.
Starting his career developing a solid understanding of the airline business with tenures at Germany’s OLT Express, Germania Airlines, and FLYNEXT, in 2012, Lars joined Mercator Asia as Head of Product Delivery. Then, Lars moved on to holding leadership roles at Worldticket, TravelSky, and Sabre, where, as Director of Segment Strategy LCC, he was responsible for creating new air distribution products focusing on growing Low-Cost Airlines. Most recently, Lars advanced to Mystifly from an executive position at CH-Aviation.
Eugene Kalatsidis
Eugene Kalatsidis is the Head of airline Partnerships and Payments at Mystifly. A skilled leader with extensive expertise in travel technology, Eugene has over a decade of experience in travel retailing and payments. At Mystifly, Eugene plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth by managing commercial relationships with airline partners and orchestrating its new-generation payment strategy.
Eugene joined Mystifly from TheAtlas, where he served as Head of Airline Retailing. Prior to that, Eugene held senior positions at eNett International and, notably, IATA, where he was charged with conceiving, selling, and implementing financial distribution strategies on behalf of the world’s major air carriers.
Eugene holds a BA and MSc in Airline and Airport Management from the University of Westminster.
Jibby Kollanur
Jibby’s extensive industry experience, including FinTech, Airline, and Travel, uniquely positions him to lead Mystifly’s Marketplace Supply division. His expertise in leadership, strategy and planning, sales and business development, and client management are pivotal in driving success in this critical domain.
Farooq Ahammed
Farooq Ahammed is the Head of People and Culture at Mystifly. He cultivates culture, drives change management initiatives, orchestrates organizational design, and leads the talent management function, which is instrumental in shaping and scaling the company.
With over 17 years of experience, Farooq has held senior HR positions at a host of companies, including Ascend Telecom Infrastructure and Swiggy Flipkart, where he held the position of Head—People Experience. While there, he was instrumental in designing the HR technology strategy and digital transformation roadmap, in addition he championed the organization’s Mergers and Acquisition initiatives.
Farooq first graduated from Madurai Kamaraj University with a Bachelor of Science in biotechnology before earning a Master of Business Administration specializing in Human Resources from the same institution.
Pratik Shah
As Mystifly’s Head of Finance, Pratik Shah is responsible for steering the company through financial complexities and achieving sustainable growth.
He has established a notable presence in the field with a solid foundation as a chartered accountant and more than a decade of commercial experience. His expertise spans corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and financial leadership.
Pratik holds an MBA in Executive General Management from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) business school.
Timothy O’Neil-Dunne
With over 40 years of experience in the travel and distribution technology industry, Timothy O’Neil-Dunne is a Principal at T2Impact, LLC, an analysis and consulting firm specializing in aviation, travel, and leisure. He has been a valued strategic advisor to Mystifly since 2022.
Timothy has held various leadership roles throughout a remarkable career. Formerly Head of Technology at Worldspan, Timothy went on to become a founding member of the Expedia management team. He has held senior leadership roles at LUTE Technologies, Flair Airlines, and 777 Partners, where he was a Principal. He is a co-founder of VaultPAD, an accelerator for travel-related startups, and Head of Product for Air Black Box, a Digital Selling Platform company for airlines.
